Hutton Baird - Bass Ilya Shatov - Guitar Kevin Pintado - Drums This sex-starved trio of strapping young men began collaborating with each other at the age of 8, when Hutton and Ilya eyed each other's Speedos...on the swim team that is. Their friendship solidified after a near-arrest experience involving hurling rocks at cars and almost killing a baby in the process. It has survived several girlfriend-stealing experiences, millions of different variations on haircuts, video-game induced arguments and farting contests, among other challenges. Ilya met Kevin in Spanish class and learned he liked music. Once Hutton and Ilya saw him on the drum line with his furiously-flying snare tactics, it was love at first sight, and A Dull Science was born.
